Odessa File Tuck, 101, 325 Russell St., died Nov. 29, 2006, at Transitional Health Services.

Born Dec. 18, 1904, in Rowan County, Mrs. Tuck was a daughter of the late Milas and Laura Hartman File.

She retired several years ago from Cannon Mills.

Her husband, Henry David Tuck, died May 24, 1975.

Survivors include sons Wallace and Paul Tuck, both of Kannapolis; four grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

A memorial service was held Friday (Dec. 1, 2006) at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, conducted by Elder Bill Fulcher.

Lady’s Funeral Home and Crematory was in charge.
