Thelma P. Hall

SALISBURY — Thelma Parham Hall, 92, Liberty Commons, formerly of Yadkin House, Salisbury, died Thursday (Nov. 30, 2006) at the nursing facility.

Born Dec. 6, 1913, in Madison County, Ga., Mrs. Hall was a daughter of the late Oscar Howard and Emma Threadgill Parham.

She retired several years ago from Cannon Mills.

Her husband, Cecil Washington Hall, died June 11, 1967.

Survivors include daughter Betty Shives, Salisbury; son Curtis Hall, Kannapolis; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held Saturday (Dec. 2, 2006) at Carolina Memorial Park, conducted by the Rev. Garland Faw and Dr. R.J. Hammond.

Lady’s Funeral Home, Kannapolis, was in charge.
