RICHMOND, Va. – Richard Anthony Fields, age 50, of Richmond, died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2006, at the Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center in Richmond. & lt;br & gt; & lt;br & gt;Born in Denton, N.C., on Dec. 25, 1955, Mr. Fields was the son of the late Evelyn Love Fields and Howard Fields. He was employed with UTI Integrated as a packer for the last three years. & lt;br & gt; & lt;br & gt;Survivors include sisters Johnnie Fenton of Richmond and Cindy Reeves of Salisbury, N.C.; and brothers David and Ronnie Fields of Salisbury and Kenneth Fields of Gretna, La. & lt;br & gt; & lt;br & gt;Two brothers preceded him in death, James and Glenn Fields, and a sister, Cathy Cox. & lt;br & gt; & lt;br & gt;Service: A memorial service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Summersett Memorial Chapel. & lt;br & gt; & lt;br & gt;Visitation: The family will see friends Saturday evening at the home of his sister, Cindy Reeves, of 495 Alan Circle, Salisbury. & lt;br & gt; & lt;br & gt;Summersett Funeral Home and Crematory is handling the arrangements.
