Ruby Pauline Aaron Draper, 92, 562 Hunter Ave., died Dec. 12, 2006, at St. Andrew’s Living Center, Concord.

Mrs. Draper was born Dec. 16, 1913, in Macon County, Ga.

She retired from Cannon Mills and was a member of Bethel Wesleyan Church.

Her husband, William Dabney Draper, died Dec. 18, 1991, and her children, Charles W. Draper, Vera Bell Morgan and Shirley Hayes, also preceded him in death.

A service was held Friday (Dec. 15, 2006) at Whitley’s Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Earl Barringer. Burial, Carolina Memorial Park.
