SALISBURY – Mr. Charles Edward Spake, 81, of Woodland Creek Road, formerly of Spring Hill Drive, Cooleemee, died Monday Dec. 25, 2006, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. The body will remain at Eaton Funeral Home pending completion of funeral arrangements.
