SALISBURY – Holly Lynn Pearson Oaks, 43, of 485 Hickory Hill Road, died Monday, Jan. 1, 2007, at her residence.

Born Jan. 18, 1963, in Flint, Mich., Mrs. Oaks was the daughter of Bonny Beall Pearson of Flint and the late Leonard L. Pearson. She received her education in the Flint schools.

She was employed by the Kannapolis Country Club.

Survivors include her husband, David L. Oaks, whom she married Dec. 27, 1991; and a sister, Dawn Pearson Gulic of Flint, Mich.

Service: A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m . Saturday in Summersett Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. Jerry Snipes officiating.

Visitation: The family will speak to friends following the memorial service.
