Sam the donkey is now ready to meet and greet at Dan Nicholas Park.

The miniature donkey was recently donated to the Nature and Learning Center.

Park staff say he’s calling for visitors, sounding off frequently as visitors arrive and depart.

The center is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays; 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday; noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
