Betty Ann Roberts
Betty Ann Dixon Roberts, 73, died Nov. 21, 2006, at the home of son Jimmy Lee Roberts.
Born Sept. 19, 1933, in Honea Path, S.C., Mrs. Roberts was a daughter of the late Alvin and Luannie Dixon.
Daughter Cynthia Roberts, Charlotte, preceded her in death.
Survivors, in addition to her son, include other sons Russell Alvin Roberts, Mount Holly, Cecil Allen Roberts, Charlotte, and Joseph Roberts, Concord; daughter Debra Hinson, Whiteville; five brothers; two sisters; 14 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A service was held Sunday (Nov. 26, 2006) at Whitley’s Funeral Home. Burial, Crown Memorial Park, Charlotte.
