– Attempted robbery/dangerous weapon ó Devon Daniel McGee, also four charges felony breaking and/or entering, four charges felony larceny after breaking/ entering and felony larceny of a firearm, 42-60 months, jail credit, civil judgment to be entered for restitution in one case, restitution in others jointly with co-defendants, evidence seized to be returned to rightful owner upon proof of ownership, also four charges felony possession of stolen goods/property, VD in all four cases.
