Clarification
– County Commissioner Raymond Coltrain has clarified comments he made earlier this month about local farmers. Coltrain said most full-time farmers in the county rent or lease as much as 90 percent of the acreage they farm. His earlier statement was printed in the Post Sunday in an article about the land-use plan.
