Power Thought: Regardless of title or position, everyone is going to make mistakes within your organization now and then. The effective leader is going to encourage and motivate his team through those times and in the end, the person and the team will be stronger because of it. The motivator knows that what may be a mistake for one team member is a bridge to success for another. It’s all in how you handle it.
