4-H clubs taking orders for Christmas wreath fundraiser

Rowan County 4-H clubs are taking orders for the fifth annual wreath fundraiser. This year, Rowan County 4-H is selling fraser fir wreaths and boxwood wreaths. The wreaths are made by a small family-owned and operated Christmas Tree Farm in Alleghany County.
A fresh wreath, cared for properly, will be a joy to its owners for a month or more. It is not only beautiful, but its fragrance is amazing. The wreaths are standard door size. The wreaths are stored to maintain freshness and delivered to you as soon as possible. Wreaths will be available for pickup the second week of December.
To order, contact a local 4-H club member or call the Rowan County Cooperative Extension Office at 704-216-8970. The cost of each wreath is $20, and you must order your wreath by Monday, Dec. 1.
