Teens charged with liquor law violations
At least 13 teens were charged Nov. 2 with liquor law violations at a party at 4170 Ridge St. They are Damien Markese Pruitt, 16; Clint Alan Fontenot, 19; James Randall Butler, 20; Kori Blake Camps, 17; Karuth Worth, 17; Brandon Lee Honeycutt, 18; Roger Lee Givens, 17; Carlos Humberto Barahona, 18; Brittney Lackey, 17; Josh Branham, 18; Joshua Shannon Medlin, 19; Mariah Chelsea Bond, 16; and Hannah Jean-Marie Lambe, 17.
In other Sheriff’s Office reports:
– Inez Porenteau of Salisbury reported cash and collector’s coins valued at $2,116 were stolen between Oct. 31 and Nov. 2 from 230 Vineyard Drive.
– James Maurice Oliver, 275 Baymount Drive, reported vandals damaged property at his home between Oct. 15 and Nov. 2.
– Meloney L. Everhart of Salisbury reported vandals cut three tires on her vehicle while it was parked at 3560 Leonard Road Nov. 2.
– Robert Lee Howie, 39, and Nathaniel Archibald Carter, 32, were charged Oct. 31 with being a habitual felon on a true bill of indictment.
– Quamaine Deshown Patterson, 16, was charged Oct. 31 with felony discharging a firearm into occupied property at 550 Lincolnton Road and with felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill/inflict serious injury at 500 Lincolnton Road.
– Dustin Michael McLeod, 20, was charged Nov. 1 with assault on a minor child.
– Harry V. Hutchens of Wilson reported $4,100 worth of construction materials stolen from a construction site at 1310 Julian Road the night of Nov. 2.
– Victor Mercado Arce, 140 Henkle Craig Farm Road, reported a vehicle stolen from his property Oct. 31 and later wrecked on U.S. 601.
– Larry Gene Gilbert, 155 Flowering Tree Lane, Rockwell, reported vandals cut four tires on his vehicle while it was parked at his home between Oct. 31 and Nov. 3. Total loss was $1,200.
– Edwin Leonard Snuggs, 2690 Artz Road, reported $1,194 worth of items stolen from a building on his property between Oct. 31 and Nov. 2.
– Raquel Lavarn Hammond of Salisbury reported a Nov. 3 vandalism at 985 Peeler Road.
– Charlie’s Mart, 5035 Faith Road, was the victim of fraud on four occasions between Oct. 17 and Oct. 22. Total loss was $535.
– James Richard Varner reported a vehicle stolen Nov. 2 or 3 from 1155 Emanuel St., Kannapolis.
– Elic Abraham Scercy, 1206 Chow Drive, Rockwell, reported a $300 revolver stolen from his home Nov. 3.
– Joel Crawford reported a vehicle stolen Nov. 3 from Crawford’s Garage, 5560 Faith Road.
– Larry Wayne Stickler, 103 Cedar Drive, reported items valued at $2,265 stolen during a Nov. 3 burglary at his home.
– Michael Shane Wilhelm, 36, was charged Nov. 3 with assault with a deadly weapon at 1073 Gaddy Mobile Home Drive, Kannapolis.
– Michael Timothy Battle, 23, was charged Nov. 3 with a domestic violence protective order violation.
– Levi Paul Tingler, 25, was charged Oct. 27 with assault on a female at 104 Wood Lake Drive, according to a Rowan County Sheriff’s Office report.
– Charles Ronaldo Graham, 20, was charged Oct. 27 with simple possession of a Schedule III controlled substance at 1385 Partee Lane, China Grove.
-Jorge Avalos of Lopez Avalos Masonry Inc. of Herndon, Va., reported the theft of $4,000 worth of scaffolding from a construction site at 1305 Julian Road between Oct. 23 and 26.
– Marjorie F. Martinez, 1550 E. Ridge Road, reported a box of checks stolen from her home between Oct. 10 and 27.
– Mark Wayne Haney, 51, was charged Oct. 28 with communicating threats and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer at 225 Arcadia Road, China Grove.
– Copper wire and air conditioning lines were stolen from a Cambria Builders’ construction site at 1539 Amberlight Circle between Oct. 26 and 28.
– Carolyn F. Okun, 795 Delta St., reported a laptop computer and revolver stolen during an Oct. 28 burglary at her home. Total loss was $2,600.
– Gayle Clontz Hand, 180 Jane Road, reported a generator, pistol and chain saw stolen from her storage building Oct. 28. Total loss was $1,601.
– Herbert C. Chambers, 417 Candlewick Drive, reported vandals broke a window at his home Oct. 28. Damage totaled $800.
– Mark Robert Dilts, 125 Deer Road, reported a purse was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at his home the night of Oct. 28.
– Jessica Eagle Bradley, 24, was charged Oct. 28 with felony intimidating or interfering with a witness.
– Josue Espinoza Ramos, 18, was charged Oct. 28 with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
– Sidney Williams, 33, was charged Oct. 28 with possession of weapons and firearms by a felon at 4807 Old Concord Road.
– William Marlowe Sechler, 50, was charged Oct. 28 with felony larceny at 106 Tammy Road.
