Sign stolen from business on South Main Street

Justin Uriah Johnson reported his business sign stolen from 909 S. Main St. between July 25 and Aug. 8.
In other Salisbury Police Department reports:
– Nasby Jordan Mills III, 22, 713 Pinehurst St., was charged Aug. 8 with second-degree trespassing at 410 W. 15th St., Apartment 15F. He was held under $700 secured bond pending a Sept. 22 trial.
– David Wade Walters, 18, 521 Pinewood Ave., was charged Aug. 8 with misdemeanor breaking or entering buildings based on a complaint by Joann Powell Goodman, 607 Eighth St., Spencer. He was released on a written promise to appear in court Sept. 11.
– Cynthia Freeze Morgan, 41, 280 Kern Carlton Road, was charged Aug. 8 with felony uttering a forged instrument at Wal-Mart. She was held under $1,000 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.
– Brittany Nicole Brunson, 21, 831F E. Lafayette St., was charged Aug. 8 with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 800 block of East Lafayette Street. She was released on a written promise to appear in court Sept. 17.
– Raven Symone Cauthen, 18, 625 E. Lafayette St., No. 4, was charged Aug. 10 with second-degree trespassing based on a complaint by Virgie Polk Gibson, 804 E. Franklin St.
– Faith Colette Hosch, 27, 523 Bringle Ferry Road, was charged Aug. 10 with simple assault/simple assault and battery or affray based on a complaint by Mechelle Marciunna Glenn, 5607B Agner Road. Trial date is Aug. 28.
– Estell Delilah Thomas, 37, 502 S. Shaver St., was charged Aug. 10 with simple assault/simple assault and battery or affray based on a complaint by Tammy Terrell Jefferies, 119B N. Yadkin Ave., Spencer. Trial date is Aug. 21.
– Jeffrey Wade Frazier, 44, was charged Aug. 9 with possession of drug paraphernalia at 1030 Freeland Drive.
– Money was stolen during an Aug. 11 burglary at M&S Cleaners, 1725 W. Innes St.
– Brittany Connell Scott, 24, 625 E. Lafayette St., No. 4, was charged Aug. 11 with misdemeanor larceny of snack items from the Family Dollar Store, 410 E. Innes St. She was held under $500 secured bond pending a Sept. 25 trial date.
– Albert Tyree Shaver, 711 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., reported his scooter stolen Aug. 11 from the front of his home.
– James Michael Molitor reported the theft of a firearm from 317 N. Ellis St. between March 1 and Aug. 11.
– A counterfeit $20 bill was passed Aug. 11 at McDonald’s, 704 E. Innes St.
– Lester C. Shuping reported money he was withdrawing from an ATM machine at Wal-Mart was stolen when he momentarily glanced away.
– Police are investigating a male’s reported rape on Aug. 11.
– A call-in order to Domino’s Pizza, 1601 W. Innes St., Aug. 11 used the number of a stolen or lost credit card.
