SNIP Regional Spay/Neuter Clinic will host its monthly low-cost vaccine and testing clinic at its Mooresville facility Saturday from 12-2 p.m. The clinic is open to the public and offers affordable vaccinations and testing for area dogs, cats, puppies and kittens.
