Pittman Graham Wedding
CHINA GROVE — Crystal Dawn Pittman of Salisbury and Derek James Graham of Cleveland were united in marriage Saturday, May 7, 2011, at Villa Franca Estates. The Rev. Keith Kannenburg officiated the 5:30 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by a reception.
The bride was escorted by her father, Kenny Pittman, and attended by her sister, Amanda Pittman of Kannapolis, as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Whittney Graham of Cleveland, Sarah Dunn of Salisbury and Kassie Waller of San Diego, Calif.
Gary Graham stood as his son’s best man. Serving as groomsmen were Shane Graham, Neil Perry, Josh Brooks and Matt Drechsler, all of Cleveland; Andy Dince of Charlotte; Austin Smith and Lane Hartley of Salisbury; and Chris Cruse of Concord.
Emma Owens and Brinley Patterson were flower girls.
The bride is the daughter of Kenny Pittman and Donna Pittman, both of Salisbury, and the granddaughter of H.B. and Maxine Rushing of Kannapolis. A 2006 graduate of West Rowan High School, Crystal earned her cosmetology degree at Pinnacle Cosmetology in 2007. She is employed by Styles at Payton Place.
The groom is the son of Cindy and Gary Graham of Cleveland and the grandson of Clyde Graham of Salisbury. A 2005 graduate of West Rowan High School, Derek graduated from the electrical and electronics program at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College in 2008. He is employed by the Rowan-Salisbury School System.
Following a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple will make their home in Salisbury.
