Fincher Strickland Wedding

Veronica Marie Fincher and Robert Daniel Strickland were married May 28, 2011, on the property of the groom’s aunt and uncle, John and Doris Burke of Salisbury. The Rev. Ted Burke officiated the 2 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by a reception.
The bride was escorted by her father, Billy Fincher Sr. of Rockwell, and her mother, LeeAnn Honbarrier of Salisbury. She is the granddaughter of Marcus and Doris Miller of Peachland and Merita and the late Mark Sisk of Asheville. A 2005 graduate of South Rowan High School, Veronica is employed by Food Lion.
The groom is the son of Jim and Alice Strickland and the grandson of the late Lela Strickland, all of Salisbury. A 2006 graduate of Henderson Independent High School, Robert is employed by Lowe’s Distribution Center and Family Dollar.
The couple are making their home in Salisbury.
