Vanhoy Absher Engagement

Rick and Crystal Vanhoy of China Grove are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Hillary Brooke Vanhoy, to Travis Adam Absher of Salisbury.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Everette and Lucille Vanhoy of Gold Hill, Wallace and Edie Gaither of Granite Quarry and the late Betty Gaither; and the great-granddaughter of Fannie Gaither. A 2007 graduate of South Rowan High School, Hillary graduated from East Carolina University College of Nursing in 2011.
The future groom is the son of Doug and Jamie Beaver and the grandson of Jimmy and Vicky Miles, all of Salisbury. A 2006 graduate of South Rowan High School, Travis is in the United States Air Force.
The wedding is July 23 at First Presbyterian Church in Salisbury.
