SPENCER ó Spencer Public Library is holding an ongoing book sale at the library, 300 Fourth St.
Hardback books are $1 and paperbacks are 50 cents.
Anyone who finds his or her name written on the check-out card in the back of the book gets it for half price.
Saturdays provide even more opportunity to save with Fill the Sack. If you bring a cloth bag with you, fill it for $2. If you bring a plastic bag, you can fill it for $1.
Shoppers can buy a plastic bag from the library and fill it for $1.50.
The library is adding new materials as space is available.
