Singleton-Lowery Couple Wed

Kimberly Dawn Singleton and Patrick Thomas Lowery, both of Mocksville, were married in an outdoor ceremony on June 25 at The WinMock at Kinderton in Advance. The Rev. Matt Hudson officiated the 5 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Debbie Singleton of Mocksville and Michael Singleton of Advance. Grandparents are G.C. and Linda Lankford of Mocksville, Connie and Larry Brinkley of Advance, and the late J.L. Singleton. Great-grandmother is Bonnie Helsabeck of Advance.
A 2003 graduate of Davie County High School, the bride graduated from N.C. State University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in business management. She is employed with the Davie County Schools at North Davie Middle School as a sixth grade teacher.
The groom is the son of Buddy and Tara Lowery of Mocksville. Grandmother is Almeda Lowery and the late R.B. Lowery Jr. of East Spencer and the late Mr. and Mrs. Gib Lanning of Spencer. He is a 2002 graduate of Davie County High School. He graduated in 2006 from N.C. State University with a bachelor’s degree in parks, recreation and tourism. He is employed by Raymond Timber Homes as a project manager.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
