Arrest made after East Rowan High School bus vandalized

A Granite Quarry man has been charged with vandalizing an East Rowan school bus.
Two East Rowan activity buses were reported vandalized Sept. 17. Several windows at East Rowan High School were also reported broken.
The Rowan County Sheriffís Office identified three suspects from surveillance video. Blain Doby, 21, of Granite Quarry was charged with injury to personal property. The Sheriffís Office is still seeking two more suspects, 20-year-old Nathan Vernon and 16-year-old Andrew Vernon, both of Concord.
