Deal 70th Anniversary

     Wilbert Alexander Deal and Lucille Hopkins Deal of Salisbury, celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary Oct. 18, 2011.     
    The Deals were united in marriage Oct. 18, 1941, in York, S.C. Wilbert is a retired carpenter.
     The couple have three children, Linda (Gene) Plummer, Helen (Johnny) Safrit and Amy (Rick) Fesperman, all of Salisbury. They also have three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
