Paris Anniversary
Claude and Carolyn Paris of Salisbury celebrated their 50th anniversary in August 2011, with an early cruise to Alaska. They were married at Southside Baptist Church in Salisbury by the Rev. Farrell Shimpock on Dec. 10, 1961.
They have three children: Todd Paris of Salisbury, Kim Love and husband Jeff of Mint Hill and Matthew Paris and wife Misty of Harrisburg. They have one grandchild, Doug Paris and wife Melissa of Salisbury; and two step-grandchildren: Jeffrey Ferron of Kentucky and Jacob Douglass of Harrisburg.
