Gutierrez Bettis Wedding

GOLD HILL — Cory Eva Gutierrez and Brandon Featherston Bettis were married June 4, 2011, at Barnhardt Barn in Historic Gold Hill.
Randy Covalt officiated the 4 p.m. ceremony.
The bride was escorted by her father, Carlos Gutierrez, and brother, Kyle Gutierrez. Bridesmaids were her sisters, Kelly Godwin, Christina Guardado, Kirsten Gutierrez and Kaelyn Gutierrez, and her sister-in-law, Suki Gutierrez.
Bobby Bettis was his son’s best man. Groomsmen were brothers of the groom Brett, Blake, Bryan and Bradley Bettis.
Hannah Godwin and Elsie Godwin were flower girls, and Kyle Gutierrez Jr. was ring bearer.
The bride is the daughter of Carlos and Ginger Gutierrez and granddaughter of Carlos and Elsa Gutierrez and Robert and Janet McCabe. A graduate of Appalachian State University, she is a teacher at Landis Elementary School.
The groom is the son of Bobby and Patricia Bettis and the grandson of Barbara Bettis and Nancy Featherstone. A graduate of ASU, Brandon is employed by 4 Forty Four in Blowing Rock.
The couple are making their home in China Grove.
