Stallings Graduation
Amanda Cruse Stallings graduated Dec. 18, 2011, from Appalachian State University with a Master of Arts in Educational Media with a concentration in Instructional Technology. She maintained a 4.0 GPA while attending graduate school at the Reich College of Education.
A graduate of North Rowan High School and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Amanda is a National Board Certified teacher. She currently teaches third grade in Gaston County Schools, where she was named 2011-12 Teacher of the Year at Pinewood Elementary School.
The daughter of Alex and Jan Cruse of Salisbury, she lives in Charlotte with her husband, Mark.
