Felony breaking and/or entering – Brandon Adam Ferguson, 8-10 months, suspended, 30 months supervised probation, pay court cost and $600 CAAF, have no contact with Brian Charles Lee by third party, mail or electronic means, not go on or about premises of Double Tobacco Discount in China Grove, share $682.12 restitution with Lee, submit to warrantless searches for stolen goods and contraband, live in residence approved by probation officer and not move without permission from same, provide DNA sample, to be fulltime student or gainfully employed by March 1 or perform 24 hours CSA each week until he is, probation to be transferred to West Virginia, also felony larceny after breaking/entering, VD.

Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia – Tylysa Nicole Rice, special probationary sentence, 12 months supervised probation, pay court cost, obtain substance abuse assessment and abide by any recommended treatment, not use or possess any type of illegal controlled substance, submit to body testing, positive drug test or illegal controlled substance found in home to be a violation, pay $600 to State Bureau of Investigation for lab fee, complete drug education school, provide truthful testimony in trial of co-defendant, seized evidence to be held until disposition of co-defendant, also felony possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana, VD, also felony maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place to keep controlled substance, VD.
