SALISBURY — A Salisbury man has been charged with raping a 14-year-old girl in March.
Justin Denton, of Barger Road, was arrested at his home about 9:15 p.m. Monday on warrants from the Gastonia Police Department.
According to arrest warrants, 25-year-old Denton was charged with felony statutory rape and felony crime against nature.
A Gastonia detective listed the date of offense as March 1.
Denton was released after posting a $75,000 bond this morning.
