SALISBURY — The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office’s ACE Team and the Salisbury Police Department’s narcotics unit arrested a Salisbury man on drug charges.
Derrick Davis, 29, of Airport Road, Salisbury, was charged with felony possession with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
The incident occurred about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday at Davis’ home.
Officers seized five bags of marijuana, weighing less than an ounce, digital scales and $165.
Davis has since been released from the Rowan County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.
