Coming Sunday: Go Burrito plans to open this summer in the old Carousel restaurant location at 115 W. Fisher St.
Owners Mikey and Lily Wetzel and Tamie Kerr plan a Caribbean-themed restaurant (“more palm trees, less cactus”) with live entertainment, outdoor dining and giant, made-to-order burritos, as well as an all-you-can-eat salsa bar.
The California natives “got to the South as fast as we could,” they say, and “know what a good burrito is.”
