SALISBURY — Authorities say a Livingstone College student broke into a dorm room Friday and took shoes and a laptop computer.
Kelvin Ronald Gross, 21, of College Park Apartments in Salisbury, is charged with felony breaking and entering. He is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center on $10,000 bond.
He is accused of taking items worth $1,700 and is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
