Lovingood-Poole
LEXINGTON — Janice Gail Lovingood and Brian Keith Poole Jr. were married April 7, 2012, at Childress Vineyards. The Rev. Paul Stephenson officiated the 1 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by a reception.
The bride was escorted by her father, James Lovingood, Sr., and attended by Nicole Walker as maid of honor. Phillip Goodman was best man.
Also attending were the children of the bride and groom, Callie Thrasher, Kendall Burrell, Graci Poole, Gage Poole and Cameron Jordan, all of Rockwell.
Janice is the daughter of Kim and Joyce Thompson, Rockwell, and James Lovingood, Sr., Yadkinville, and the granddaughter of Nellie and the late Parks Adams, Rockwell, and the late Ethel Lovingood Truett, Andrews. A 1999 graduate of East Rowan High School, Janice is a student at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. She is employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs and is a member of the U.S. Army Reserves.
The groom is the son of Peggy and Brian Poole Sr., Kannapolis, and the grandson of John and Genevieve Montgomery, Marion, Md., and Doris and the late Emory Poole, Granite Quarry. A 2002 graduate of East Rowan High, Brian also studied Business Administration at RCCC. He is employed by Ferguson Enterprises.
Following a wedding trip to Pigeon Forge, Tenn., the couple are making their home in Rockwell.
