Huffman – Coggin
CLEVELAND — Jordan Blair Huffman and Jeremy Wayne Coggin were united in marriage Saturday, April 28, 2012, at The Arbors. The Rev. Gary Coble officiated the 5 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by a reception.
The bride was escorted by her father, Gary Huffman, and attended by Rebecca Tucker of Concord as matron of honor. Her bridesmaids were Rachel Karriker of Salisbury, Allison Hunnicutt of Midland, Jessie Velte of Charlotte and Tiffany Ingold of Salisbury.
The groom chose Ken Stoner of Rockwell and Jon Hess of Charleston, S.C., to stand as his best men. His groomsmen were Josh Coggin of Charlotte, Arthur Tucker of Concord, Blake Huffman of Washington, D.C., and Justin Stoner of Salisbury.
Megan Steelman of Salisbury served as flower girl. Guest registrars were Brooke Stoner of Greenville, N.C., Kenan Bullard of Cornelius and Pamela Bullard of Cornelius.
The bride is the daughter of Elaine and Gary Huffman and the granddaughter of Lorie and Raymond Huffman and the late Sadie and Hugh Walton, all of Salisbury. A 2004 graduate of East Rowan High School, Jordan received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2008. Employed by Carolinas Healthcare System in Charlotte, she will study in the Family Nursing Practitioner program at UNCC this fall.
The groom is the son of Ken and Barbie Stoner of Rockwell and the late Mark Coggin. He is the grandson of Nancy and the late Tom Coggin and Carol and the late Donald Steelman, all of Salisbury. A 2004 graduate of East Rowan High School, Jeremy received a Bachelor of Arts in Software and Information Technology from UNCC in 2008. He is employed by Yodle Inc. in Charlotte.
Following a wedding trip to St. Lucia, the couple are making their home in Huntersville.
