SALISBURY — A Salisbury man was arrested and charged with felony fugitive from justice Monday.
Clarence Lee White, of Hall Street, was implicated in a robbery conspiracy in Culpeper, Va., according to a Salisbury Police report.
The 19-year-old was arrested at his apartment about 5 p.m.
It was not immediately clear Tuesday morning how officers found White. A narrative report was not available.
White remained in jail Tuesday under a $25,000 bond.
