Judge Kevin Eddinger, Department of Social Services attorney Cynthia Drye, guardian-ad-litem attorney Blake Evans and attorney Andrea Anders presented a case study to district court judges from across North Carolina in advanced juvenile law: Non-custodial fathers in abuse, neglect and dependency. The program was presented through the North Carolina Judicial College, UNC School of Government, Chapel Hill, on May 17.
