Ashlyne Kelly Reid

Ashlyne Reid, the daughter of Michelle and Lovie B. Reid Jr. of Granite Quarry, received a Master in Accounting with concentration in Tax Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan Flagler Business School on May 9, 2012. She had previously received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from UNC-Greensboro’s Bryan Business School in May 2010.
An honor student, she received the Norman J. Black Scholarship and the Economics Faculty Scholarship. She also received the Outstanding Student Award at the graduation commencement ceremony. Miss Reid is pursuing her CPA license and will work with McGladrey Inc. in Charlotte as a tax accountant.
