SALISBURY — A Kannapolis man is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center under $25,000 bond for failing to report a change of address as a sex offender.
Anthony Carl Spears, 21, of Valwood Court in Kannapolis, failed to register his new address with the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office within three days of moving, authorities said.
Deputies also charged him with a probation violation.
