KANNAPOLIS – A Kannapolis man faces charges after police say they found him in possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
Phillip Ray Smith, 56, of Rosemont Avenue in Kannapolis, posted $2,500 bond Sunday and was released from the Rowan County Detention Center. He is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
Kannapolis police charged Smith with possession of drug paraphernalia and felony possession of cocaine.
