KANNAPOLIS — A Kannapolis man faces three charges related to selling cocaine.
Jerry Wayne Moody, 60, of Sycamore Ridge Court, is charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine and two counts of selling and delivering cocaine.
Kannapolis police said the incidents occurred on Jan. 22.
Moody posted $10,000 bond and was released from the Rowan County Detention Center. He is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
