Authorities charged a Salisbury teen this week with breaking into a room at Hood Theological Seminary.
It appeared that Joshua Lee Hill, 16, of Harrel Street, who they believe ran away from a group home, was living in the room. The seminary is located at 1810 Lutheran Synod Drive. Hill was charged with felony breaking and entering.
Officials at the seminary had reported a campsite on campus and recovered pill bottles there. A security guard told police there was a break-in there. When the officer went to the room, personal items were on a table. Someone recalled seeing the teen there earlier.
He is expected to appear in court in March. He most recently had been charged with simple assault and injury to personal property, both misdemeanors. He has since been released under a $1,000 secured bond.
