Cecil Ray Fisher and Mary Barringer Fisher of Salisbury celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Jan. 20, 2013, at The Village House in Raleigh. The dinner was hosted by their children.
The Fishers were married Jan. 25, 1953, at St. James Lutheran Church in Rockwell by the Rev. C.P. Fisher.
Cecil retired as superintendent of Cannon Mills in Concord, and Mary retired from the Rowan-Salisbury School System.
