Dylan Ross Horne graduated summa cum laude from North State University May 11, 2013, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a minor in Economics. He has been accepted into State’s graduate school.
While at NCSU, Dylan was a University Scholar, a varsity member of the club rowing (Regatta) team, a basketball and flag football intramural official and vice president of University Chapter of American Society of Civil Engineers.
Dylan is the son of Ed and Charlene Horne of Rockwell.
