Scott and Ellen Maddox of Salisbury are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Rebecca Maddox, to Aaron Craig Knowles, son of Craig and Linda Knowles of Hope Town, Bahamas.
Ashley is the granddaughter of Ralph and Nancy Freeman of Lincolnton and Ms. Lucy Maddox and the late Jerry Maddox of Sanford. A 2005 graduate of Salisbury High School, Ashley graduated from Wingate University in 2009 with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She teaches in Hope Town, Bahamas.
Aaron is the grandson of Miriam Sowers and Edward Whan of Deerfield, Florida, Rosalie Knowles of Jupiter, Florida and Perry Knowles of Nassau, Bahamas. A 2005 graduate of Miami Springs High School in Florida, Aaron graduated from Wingate University in 2009 with a business management degree. He is the general manager of Hope Town Inn & Marina.
The wedding is planned for August 10, 2013 at The Arbors in Cleveland.
