Ray Edward Ritchie and Linda Kay Brown Ritchie of China Grove celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary June 23, 2013, at a reception held in their honor at Concordia Lutheran Church in China Grove. They were married June 23, 1963, at Shiloh United Church of Christ in Faith by the late Rev. Van D. Grimes.
Mr. Ritchie is retired from self-employment, and Mrs. Ritchie is a homemaker.
Their children are Jeff and wife Jennifer Ritchie of China Grove and Greg and wife Carroll Lynn Ritchie of Salisbury.
They have four grandchildren, Logan Ritchie, 18, Fallon Ritchie, 15, Jeb Ritchie, 3, and Jack Ritchie, 1.
