CONCORD — Police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened Saturday afternoon on Alberta Court.
At about 12:45 p.m. Saturday, police and emergency services personnel responded to 204 Alberta Court after a report of a possible gunshot victim. Officers found the victim outside near the street. He was identified as Mario Sundray Douglas, 30. His last known address was 1675 Troutman Road, Midland.
A news release said a domestic dispute led to the shooting. No one has been arrested yet.
