Alisha Brooke Graham of Salisbury graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina Central University May 10, 2013. She received a Master of Public Administration degree and an award for Public Service and Academic Achievement in Public Administration.
A 2006 graduate of North Rowan High School, Alisha also received Dual Bachelor of Arts degrees from North Carolina State University in Political Science and Women’s Studies in 2010.
She is the daughter of Marcelle and Deborah Graham of Salisbury and granddaughter of Ralph and Dorothy Graham also of Salisbury.
