SPENCER — The former Park Plaza shopping center in Spencer has a new owner with plans for a restaurant, discount shop, furniture store and drug store.
Spencer Town Manager Larry Smith said Premier Partners Landis NC has closed on the Park Plaza parcels, formerly owned by Henry and Karen Alexander, who named the development Spencer Shoppes.
