David A. Dagenhart and Dorothy Lentz Dagenhart of Mount Ulla celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary Nov. 4, 2013.
The Dagenharts were married Nov. 4, 1943, at Ebenezer Lutheran Church in Columbia, S.C., prior to his deployment for World War II.
Mr. Dagenhart retired from Bamby Bakers, and Mrs. Dagenhart retired from Fiber Industries.
The couple’s children are Jan Dagenhart and David L. Dagenhart, both of Salisbury. They have two granddaughter, Angie Lang and Jessica Jones; and two great-grandchildren.
A celebration luncheon was held for the couple at their home on Nov. 3.
