Lily Grace is the daughter of Kristina Poole Hill and Christopher Michael Hill of Salisbury. She has three brothers, Blake Michael Hill, 9; Tyler Christopher Hill, 6; and Luke Abram Hill, 4.
Her grandparents are Rickey and Jenny Poole and Mike and Carol Hill, all of Salisbury.
Her great-grandparents are the late Ethel and Oddis Poole Sr.; the late Rubie and William Charles Sr.; the late Lee and Esther Miller; and Clyde and Betty Hill of China Grove.
