Investigators with the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office charged Rickey Hardin Wagner Jr. today with two counts of statutory rape of a child, three counts of statutory sex offense, and three counts indecent liberties with a child.
Wagner was placed in the Rowan County jail under a $500,000 secured bond. These charges stem from a month-long investigation conducted by the Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Division, the agency said in a news release.
Wagner has a lengthy criminal history with drug involvement.
