Rowan investigators are asking the public to help them identify two men who walked into Love’s Travel Plaza, 1105 Peeler Road, on Tuesday and walked out with more than two dozen cartons of cigarettes.
Officials with the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office say the men distracted the store clerk and took 28 cartons of assorted cigarettes from behind the counter. The store’s video surveillance system captured images of the suspects and the crime.
